• There are many ways in which your Japan Rail Pass can be used. The assistant can help to answer any questions you may have.
• The assistant will confirm your itinerary and help you with seating reservations. (Please note that in some instances, seating reservations can only be made for same day travel. During crowded periods you may not be guaranteed a seat on a specific train.)
• If necessary, the assistant can also show you in detail how to make further seating reservations.
• Finally to ensure that you arrive at your final destination, the assistant will escort you to the boarding point of your next mode of transportation.
