Finding your way around after arriving on one of Japan’s major airports after a long flight might be problematic and stressful. But it doesn’t have to be! Upon your arrival our dedicated staff will be waiting for you in the arrival lobby with the portable Wi-Fi device. They will then assist you with purchasing train or bus tickets, redeeming JAPAN RAIL PASS vouchers, currency exchange or SIM card rental.
After helping you at the airport your designated assistant will escort you to your mean of transport (taxi, train, shuttle bus etc.) to make sure you arrive safely at your first place of stay. If you booked an escort plan with us, you will be accompanied all the way to your final destination.
