Now part of the Hankyu Hanshin Toho Group, Airserve is a Japanese company established in October 2001. Prior to its establishment and as part of a different entity, the company had gained over 20 years experience in providing passenger assistance services at Narita Airport.

Airserve specializes in providing comprehensive services such as Meet & Greet, passenger transfer, assistance and support. We not only provide these services at airports but also to and from train stations, hotels, conference halls and private residences. Clients include domestic and foreign travel agents, destination management companies, group tours, individual travelers and private businesses. All rely on our team of efficient, experienced and committed professionals for excellent and personalized services. The company operates its own offices year round at the following main airports in Japan; Narita, Haneda, Nagoya Chubu, Kansai International, Osaka Itami, Kobe (counter only) and Fukuoka.
